Senior Python Developer

BS in Computer Science or similar technical field
Expert in Python (5+ years experience), with knowledge of the Django Python web framework
Experience in our other core technologies
Experience in OOP design
Good knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Knowledge of KnockoutJS would be a plus
Knowledge of AWS cloud and services (EC2, S3, Redshift)
Experience with PostgreSQL
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
Strong unit test and debugging skills
English — strong verbal and written communication skills

Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code that adheres to our internal standards and conventions, and general best practices
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
Maintain technical documentation
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
Critique current code base and take part in code review process
Implement security and data protection
Integrate online commerce software platforms
